PRIVATE SESSIONS

$200- 2 hours (warm up, bar drills, pole tech, short approach, full approach)
$125- 1 hour. (warm up, jump) (warming up before the scheduled time is recommended, strict on time)
Group Privates 2 athletes $200-2hrs
- 3 athletes $250
- 4 athletes $300
- 5athletes $350
