Jan 11: 6x120 pv runs increase each 1/3 at night, great feel

Jan 12: shakeout, hurdle work, sprint tech

Jan 13: jump 6&8L SHIT practice, no one to help jumped alone. 117'8 pole 4.75 16.5, 16.0

Jan 14: bike workout 10 on 50 off level 6, speed workout/lift /boots/ice

Jan 15: shake out , felt heavy and poopy blah. Jogged and did full warm up. no ice

Jan 16: jumped Elite section 2, 3rd 5.35m pole 4.75 15.5,15.0 grip 15'6" step 13' felt dangerously good almost 5.45 easy.

Jan 17: Help run a pit and watch some awesome vaulters all day o and nap

Jan 18: travel home

Jan 19: 7x120m increase each 1/3 pv run (at night on the track)

Jan 20: bike 8x50m high knee jogs/lift (shins are toast)

Jan 21: jump 6L terrible practice still tired from reno...5 jumps maybe, shins hurt

Jan 22: stretch

Jan 23: Jump UF 1st 5.10 pole 4.90 17.6 grip 15'4 blah take off 13' start 117'4" Felt like a spider monkey, amazing.

Jan 24: 1mile jog at the trailer, shake out

Jan 25: 2X10X10L pole runs 140'6" 90% felt sooo good /lift

Jan 26: work with Paul /stretch /drive to tampa

Jan 27: jump 6 & 9L (toomuchwind) 6L pole 4.75 16.5 grip 14'10" step 12-13' start 87'4 9L 130'6" step 12'-13'6" pole 4.75 15.6 grip 15'5 also 8L 117' -117'5 couldn't find rhythm
